The Stash is what's already on your shelf: foam offcuts, filament, fabric, wigs, paint. It's yours alone.

Before you start

  • Nothing β€” the Stash is free. Have rough amounts to hand.

Add what you have

  1. Open the Stash

On My Builds, press Stash β†’.
  2. Say what it is

What it is (such as EVA foam offcuts) and a Category: Foam, Thermoplastic, Filament, Resin, Fabric, Wigs, Paint & finishes, Hardware or Other.
  3. Tie it to a material (optional)

Under Piece Forge material, pick the material it is. The Unit is then set for you, and Piece Forge's Cost tab uses yours before it prices any. Leave it at Not a priced material for anything else.
  4. Count it

On hand β€” how much you have β€” and a Note if you like. Press Add to stash.

Check it worked

It's under on the shelf, in its category. A tied item says Piece Forge uses it for ….

Record what changes

  1. Press Β±

On the item, press Β± and type the amount.
  2. Say what happened

Used, Put back leftovers, Bought more, or β€” after a count β€” Set to this.

Check it worked

The amount changes, and where it went lists the change β€” Used … of … on … names the piece when Piece Forge used it.

✎ edits an item; βœ• removes it with its history.

If something's off

β€œThere isn't that much in the stash.”
