The Anime Atlas is the catalogue behind the Realm: franchises, their series and films, studios and characters. Every show's page is also where you track it and talk about it.

Before you start

  • Nothing to read β€” the Atlas is public. To track, post or open episode rooms: a Waypoint account.

Find a show

  1. Open the Atlas

In the Anime Realm's rail, choose Anime Atlas.
  2. Browse

Use the tabs β€” Overview, Studios, Series, Characters. On Series, filter with Filter series…, a franchise, a decade and a format, and press Apply.
  3. Open its page

A show's page has its genres, format and status, the next episode's countdown while it airs, cast and staff, characters, fan art and reviews.

Track it from its page

  1. Add it

Press Start tracking (Watching) or Plan to watch. It reads In your library. Open it β†’.
  2. Mark episodes

Under Your progress, press Mark episode … watched, or tap an episode's pip. Episodes not out yet can't be marked.

Talk in an episode room

  1. Open the room

Under Episodes, each episode has a room. It opens once you've marked that episode watched β€” until then it's closed, posts and ratings alike.
  2. Rate and post

In the room, Rate this episode (one to five β˜…) and post in Episode … room.

Check it worked

Posts about later episodes stay hidden β€” … posts are about episodes past where you are. β€” and appear as you mark episodes watched.

Spoilers and the source

In the show's Discussion, tick Spoiler on a post that gives something away; others see Spoiler β€” click to reveal. Read the manga or light novel? Turn on I've read the source to see and write posts about it, kept apart under Source material.

Next: reviews, recommendations, follows and where to watch.

If something's off

β€œThis room opens when you've watched episode …”
Mark the episode watched β€” on this page or in your library.
β€œYou've marked up to episode … β€” mark episode … watched before posting about it.”
Catch up first, or post about an episode you've seen.
β€œThis title is in your library as manga…”
Rooms follow episodes. Track the anime too to open them.
