Three panels on a build keep the record of making it: photos, time and credits.

Before you start

  • A build (see part 1).
  • For a credit that links to someone, their @username.

Post a progress photo

  1. Jump to Photos

Press Log progress at the top of the build.
  2. Choose the picture

Choose a file or paste one, and add a Caption (optional).
  3. Credit the photo (if it isn't all yours)

Pick a Credit β€” Photographer, Editing, Makeup or Wig β€” and type Their name or @username (if not you). An @username links straight to that member.
  4. Say if AI was involved

Tick AI-generated or AI-edited if that applies. The photo then shows AI-assisted.
  5. Upload

    Press Upload.

Check it worked

The photo is under photos on the build and in your WIP Gallery. Make cover makes it the build's picture; Delete removes it for good.

Time your work

  1. Pick what you're timing

Under time, choose The whole build, or a piece or a task from the menu.
  2. Start and stop

Press Start timer. The panel reads Running on … with the clock; press Stop when you put the tools down. It runs on our side, so a timer started on your phone is still running on your computer.
  3. Log time you forgot to time

Under Log time already spent, enter the h and min, a day (today if empty), and press Log.
  4. Show it off (optional)

Tick Show the total on my portfolio card to show the hours once the build is Finished and Public.

Check it worked

The tape reads time Β· …h …m, totalled for the build and for each piece and task.

Credit the people who helped

  1. Pick the role

Under credits: Photographer, Co-cosplayer, Maker, Commissioner, Makeup, Wig, Editing, Location or Con.
  2. Name them

Type @username or a name (for Location or Con, Where).
  3. Say what it's on

The whole build, or one photo.
  4. Credit

    Press Credit.

Check it worked

A plain name shows at once. An @username is a request: … has been asked. The credit shows once they accept. It reads waiting for them to accept until they answer on Your credits.

Two kinds of @username credit

A credit typed on a photo as you upload it links to the member straight away, with no answer needed. A credit added in the credits panel asks the member first, and once accepted the build appears in the Credited view of their portfolio.

If something's off

β€œYour timer is running on … Stop it there to time this build.”
One timer runs at a time. Stop it on the other build first.
My timer stopped by itself
A timer left running for more than a day is stopped at 24 hours. Correct it by deleting the entry and logging the real time.
A credit says declined
They turned it down. Only they can change that, from Your credits.
β€œIt is your build: credit someone else.”
You can't credit yourself on your own build.
