Table Oracle: what should we play tonight?

Tap who turned up, say how long you have, and the Oracle deals a hand of four games from the shelves of everyone at the table — with the reason for each card.

Everyone is here, the snacks are out, and forty minutes later nobody has chosen a game. Table Oracle is the fix: it deals what you could actually play tonight from the shelves of the people actually in the room.

Table Oracle asking What do we play tonight?, with a chip for each person who could be at the table, a field for guests without a Waypoint Realms account, saved groups, and a How long have you got row of time options.
Who turned up, and how long you have. Everything else follows from those two answers.

How it works

  1. Tap who's at the table

Your connections and Circle-mates appear as chips; you are always counted. Anyone you tap brings their shelf into the pool. Guests without an account own no shelves here, but they still take up chairs — count them too.
  2. Say how long you've got, and the mood

From 30m to All night, and moods from Something chill to Something meaty. The deal respects both rather than suggesting a four-hour epic on a school night.
  3. Deal, and read the reasons

Deal the hand lays out four cards, one marked ★ Oracle's pick. Each says why — who wants to play it, how the group rates it, who can teach it. A recommendation you can argue with is more useful than a verdict.
  4. Turn it into a game night

Skip what nobody fancies, shortlist what might follow, and press Play this to start a session with the game filled in.
