Find a night everyone can make and schedule it
Have the party mark when they're usually free, read the best times, schedule the next session from the campaign, and subscribe to its calendar.

- New to it
- Part 9 of 10
The Plan tab answers the hardest question in tabletop gaming: when is everyone free? Each member marks their usual week, the campaign finds the overlap, and the GM schedules the session from there.
Before you start
- Everyone in the campaign (part 2) β the more people fill it in, the better the answer.
- Scheduling a session is for the GM.

Open Plan

Put it in your own calendar
Once the campaign has sessions, Subscribe in your calendar gives you a private feed for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook: press Create my feed link, then Copy. Treat it like a password β anyone with the link can see the campaign's schedule. Rotate link or Stop sharing switches the old one off.
If something's off
- βNo availability yet β fill in yours to start.β
- Nobody has marked their week yet. Fill in yours and ask the party to do the same.
- I can't see Schedule a session
- Only the GM schedules campaign sessions. Players fill in availability and RSVP.
- There's no calendar link
- It appears once the campaign has at least one session.
