An item you want or have preordered offers Find a copy. A garage kit or figure you're building gets a Build log.

Before you start

  • An item on your shelf (see part 1).

Find a copy

  1. Open the item

Open a Preordered or Wanted item (or anyone else's item) and find Find a copy.
  2. Try local first

Partner stores searches local stores on Waypoint Realms that carry figures.
  3. Then other members

The marketplace searches members' listings for the character (or the line, or the name). tell me when one’s listed sets a want alert.
  4. Or import it

Import from Japan lists retailers. These are affiliate links β€” we may earn a small commission β€” and they come after local stores and members on purpose.

Members under 18

Members under 18, or without a birthdate on file, don't see the import retailers, and can browse the Marketplace but can't save a want alert yet.

Keep a build log

  1. Start it

On a Garage kit or Figure item, press Start a build log. It adds Wash the parts, Prime, Sand, Paint and Assemble.
  2. Make it yours

Add steps with Add a step: Seal, Base… and Add; reorder with ↑ and ↓; βœ• removes one.
  3. Tick as you go

Tick each step when it's done.
  4. Add work-in-progress photos

Under the log, add photos of the build. They're checked like any upload, and private while the item is.

Check it worked

The log reads … of … done with a progress bar. On a public item, others see the steps with βœ“ and β—‹.

If something's off

There's no Find a copy on my item
It's hidden on things you already own.
β€œA build log holds sixty steps.”
That's the limit. Remove steps you don't need.
I removed a step by mistake
βœ• doesn't ask first. Add it again; steps can't be renamed, so retype it.
