How confirmations and waitlists work, plus the Apprentice (free) monthly RSVP limit.
Confirmed vs. waitlisted
When you RSVP, you're confirmed if a seat is open. If the session is full you join the waitlist. When someone cancels on a free session, Waypoint Realms automatically promotes the next waitlister into the open seat and notifies them — no need to keep checking. On a paid session the next waitlister is told the seat is open and can buy it.
Who is next
The waitlist is served in the order people joined it, with one exception: a member who has recently missed sessions they held a seat for (two no-shows in the last 90 days) waits behind members who haven't. That mark clears on its own after 90 days and never stops anyone from booking.
Paying never changes your place. No membership tier, credit or payment moves anyone up a waitlist.
Free a seat if plans change
Monthly RSVP limit (free accounts)
Free accounts can hold up to 3 confirmed RSVPs per calendar month. If you hit the limit you'll see a prompt when trying to RSVP to a fourth. Cancelling or completing a session frees room within the month.
A paid membership removes the limit entirely: Artisan and Master both get unlimited RSVPs. See membership plans or upgrade.
