Reporting & blocking

Waypoint Realms should feel welcoming at every table. If someone crosses a line, you have tools to protect yourself and flag it for our moderators.

Blocking

Block a member from their profile. A block is mutual and immediate: you won't see each other in messaging, and a blocked person can never DM you — regardless of your who-can-message setting.

Reporting

Use Report (on profiles and content) to flag harassment, spam, a scam, or Code of Conduct violations. Pick Scam or fraud for anyone asking to be paid outside Waypoint or selling something that doesn't exist. Reports go to our moderation team — include a short note on what happened so we can act quickly. Reporting is private; the person isn't told who reported them.

When a decision is about you

Every moderation decision about you or your content comes with a reason, and you can appeal it:

• Something you posted was removed or hidden. You get a notice with the reason, and a link to appeal. Content hidden automatically, after several members reported it, gets the same notice. A moderator still reviews it.
• Your account was suspended. The reason is shown when you sign in, with an appeal form.
• An upload or post was refused before it went up. That isn't a penalty, and nothing is recorded against you. The message says which check it tripped. If the check got it wrong, open a support request and choose Appeal a decision.

A person reads every appeal and tells you the outcome and why, whether it goes your way or not. Appeals and safety requests start at the same priority for everyone. A paid membership or a partner account never moves you up that queue.

The Code of Conduct

Every member agrees to our community Code of Conduct — be respectful, inclusive, and honest. Serious or repeated violations can lead to removal from Waypoint Realms.
