NPCs, encounters & loot

Three generators for the things a table always needs more of: a vault of NPCs you can reuse, an encounter builder that tells you how deadly a fight is, and treasure by tier.

EveryoneUpdated August 28, 2026

Three tools for the things you always need one more of at the table. All three live in the TTRPG Realm alongside the dice roller, battle map and bestiary.

NPC Vault

Your saved NPCs, with two ways to make more: a full detailed sheet when you know exactly who this person is, or a quick guided generator that fills one in for the game system you pick.

The NPC Vault with a Create NPC button, explaining that NPCs can be built either as a full detailed sheet or through a quick guided generator for the game you choose.
The vault is per-account, so an NPC you invent for one table is available at the next.

Drop them straight into a campaign

NPCs in your vault can be added to a campaign's bench and seated at the table β€” see GM tools in a campaign. Generating an NPC with AI spends your own AI credits, not the table's.

Encounter Builder

Set your party size and level, add monsters by Challenge Rating, and the builder tells you how hard the fight actually is β€” adjusted XP against the Easy, Medium, Hard and Deadly thresholds for that party.

The encounter builder with party size and level inputs, a control to add monsters by challenge rating, and a difficulty panel showing adjusted XP against the easy, medium, hard and deadly thresholds.
Adjusted XP, not raw XP β€” six weak monsters are harder than the arithmetic suggests.

Built around D&D 5e maths

The thresholds and the multiplier for monster count follow 5e. The numbers are a sanity check on a fight you have designed, not a promise β€” terrain, action economy and how tired the party is will move a β€œMedium” a long way in either direction.

Loot Generator

Roll a treasure pile β€” gold and a few items β€” by tier, from a modest find upward. Useful for the chest you did not plan for because the party went left.

The loot generator with a tier selector set to modest find and a Generate loot button.
Pick a tier, roll, and adjust to taste.
