Child Safety Standards
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Our standard
Waypoint Realms LLC runs Waypoint Realms on the web and in the iPhone and Android apps. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, by anyone, anywhere on the service. Waypoint Realms is for adults 18 and over.
What is prohibited
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including drawn, animated or AI-generated images of minors in sexual situations.
- Grooming, sexual solicitation or sexualised contact with a minor.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or content that sexualises children.
- Using the service to find, contact or arrange to meet a minor for any of these.
What we do
- Remove the content and permanently ban the account.
- Preserve the evidence and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires.
- Cooperate with law enforcement.
- Screen uploaded images automatically before others see them.
How to report
- In the app or on the web: choose Report on a post, message, profile or image, then A child’s safety. These reports are marked most urgent.
- Email safety@waypointrealms.com.
- A child in immediate danger: call 911 or local emergency services.
- You can also report to NCMEC’s CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
