PC (player character)

A PC, or player character, is the fictional person you create and portray throughout a larp event — your main creative contribution to the shared story.

Your PC is the character you build, name, costume, and play from the moment a larp event begins until it ends. Everything from their backstory and personality to their in-game skills and relationships is yours to shape within the boundaries the game's rules allow. Other players interact with your PC as though they were a real person living inside the game world, and you do the same for theirs. Being a PC is different from being an NPC, who is usually run by the organising team to support the story. As a PC you are both an audience member and a performer at once, experiencing the adventure through your character's eyes while helping create it for everyone around you.
