First-aid marshal

A first-aid marshal is the person an event appoints to deal with real injuries and medical problems, a real-world role separate from any in-game healer.

A first-aid marshal is not a character. When there is a real injury or medical problem, their instructions come before the game, and play nearby stops while they work. Events usually tell you in the event pack or safety brief who they are and how to reach them. If you see a real injury, use your game's real-emergency call or signal, not an in-game one, and help keep the area clear. In a serious emergency, contact the emergency services as well. Who counts as a first-aid marshal and the procedures they follow are set by each game's own rules and safety brief, so make sure you know them before play starts.
