Yuji wears a customised Jujutsu High uniform: a dark navy-black jacket with a red hood, matching dark trousers, and shoes or trainers. His hair is short, pink on top with a darker undercut at the sides and back. A sturdy dark woven fabric, such as medium-weight twill or suiting, holds the jacket's shape. Make a mock-up in cheap fabric first to check the fit and sleeve length. The red hood is a simple two- or three-panel hood, sewn to the collar seam or attached with snaps so it can come off for travel. Plain dark trousers can be bought instead of sewn. The wig is easiest bought already cut with the undercut. Otherwise, start with a short pink wig and trim the lower sections slowly with sharp scissors; you cannot put fibre back once it is cut. If you heat-style the wig, check the fibre is heat-resistant, follow the wig's own guidance and keep the tool moving. Younger makers should have an adult help with heat tools and sharp scissors.
