Nobara Kugisaki's Jujutsu High uniform with hammer and nail props from Jujutsu Kaisen, for newer makers trying simple tailoring and foam props.

Nobara wears the Jujutsu High uniform: a dark navy-black jacket with a high stand collar and spiral-design buttons, a short dark skirt, and boots or shoes. Her hair is a short orange-brown bob. Her props are a hammer and a handful of large nails. A medium-weight twill holds the collar shape, especially with interfacing in the collar piece. Make a mock-up in cheap fabric to check the fit first. The skirt is a simple beginner project, and ready-made uniform pieces can be altered if sewing the whole outfit feels like too much. Build the hammer from craft foam around a short, light core, then seal and paint it. The nails can be shaped from foam clay over a dowel or wire core and painted silver once dry; follow the foam clay's own instructions for drying time. These are prop weapons, so each convention's weapon rules apply: check each event's policy before you go. Cut foam on a stable mat with the blade moving away from your fingers. If you use a heat gun to shape foam, keep it moving and never point it at skin. Use adhesives and spray paint with good ventilation. Younger makers should have an adult present for blades and heat tools.
