Marketplace policies

Prohibited items

These may never be listed:

• Alcohol, tobacco & regulated goodsRegulated goods are restricted and may be removed depending on jurisdiction.
• Counterfeit, recast & bootleg itemsNo fakes, unlicensed recasts of miniatures/figures, or pirated/bootleg goods.
• Digital goods & accountsThe Marketplace is for physical items; no accounts, keys, or digital files.
• Functional or real weaponsNo firearms, functional bladed weapons, or anything designed to injure.
• Illegal or stolen goodsAnything unlawful to sell, or that you do not have the right to sell.
• Recalled or unsafe itemsNo recalled products or items that fail current safety standards.
• Sexually explicit materialAdult/explicit content is not permitted in the Marketplace at launch.

Restricted items

Allowed with conditions:

• High-value collectiblesGraded/high-value items are allowed but authentication + clear photos are strongly encouraged.
• Realistic prop / LARP weaponsCostume/LARP prop weapons are allowed but must follow local law and be clearly labelled as non-functional.

Fees & payouts

Cash sales carry a 6% platform fee, deducted at payout. Trades (item-for-item) are free. Payouts are handled by Stripe, which verifies your identity; you're responsible for your own taxes and may receive a tax form if you exceed reporting thresholds.

Buyer protection & disputes

For shipped cash sales, payment is held until delivery is confirmed (or auto-released after a set window), and buyers can open a dispute if an item doesn't arrive or isn't as described. Trades and local cash deals carry no buyer protection — check reputation, use tracking, and meet in a safe public place. Draft — mechanics finalize with the escrow + dispute build.

Seller agreement

By listing, you confirm you own and may legally sell each item, that it isn't counterfeit or prohibited, and that you'll ship promptly and describe items honestly. Violations may lead to listing removal and account action. Draft — full agreement pending legal review.
