Hosting insights
With Pro, see how the sessions you run are going: seats filled, who arrived, who booked again and who was left on a waitlist. Totals only, never names.

Hosting insights show how the sessions you run are going. They come with Pro, and you'll find them at Profile → Hosting insights, or under You in the app. They count sessions you organize and sessions you co-host, once a session has started.
What you can see
Choose the last 30, 90 or 365 days. The numbers cover:
- Sessions run, with any you cancelled counted apart.
- Seats filled across those sessions. Guests fill seats too.
- Players, and how many booked again: people with a seat at two or more of your sessions.
- New players and returning players, against everyone who has ever had a seat at one of your sessions.
- Arrived, marked no-show and not marked, from your door lists.
- Came back: people checked in at two or more door lists. It shows once you've run two.
- Left on waitlists: how many sessions filled, and how many people didn't get a seat.
The 365-day view adds a month-by-month table. Below the totals, each session has its own row, so you can see which nights went well.
Attendance comes from your door list
Someone who wasn't checked in may still have come, so attendance only counts sessions where you ran the door list: where someone was checked in, marked as a no-show or scanned. The page says how many sessions that is. The door list itself is free on every plan.
Why some numbers say “Too few to show yet”
Insights never name anyone, and small numbers stay hidden so nobody can be picked out of them. A number drawn from fewer than 5 people reads Too few to show yet, on any plan. Run a few more sessions and it will fill in.
Not on Pro?
You'll see one line and a link to the plans. You keep the door list on every session you host. If you move off Pro, the page goes back to that line and your sessions aren't changed.
