Circle insights show how a Circle's sessions are going, every host's together. Open your Circle's settings and choose Circle insights. In the app, it's in the same place.
Who can see them
The Circle's Lead and its officers, when they're on Pro. A Lead or officer on another plan sees one line and a link to the plans. It goes with the role: an officer who stands down loses the page straight away.
What you can see
- Members, and how many joined in the period.
- Active members: current members with a seat at a Circle session in the period.
- Hosts: how many people ran a Circle session.
Below those are the same numbers as Hosting insights, across all the Circle's sessions: seats filled, attendance from door lists, who booked again, and who was left on a waitlist. Choose the last 30, 90 or 365 days.
